Oktoberfest a great football alternative

Every year visitors flock to Helen, Ga., to "Fruit Loop the Hooch." Locals wryly comment that a number of tourists on multi-colored inner tubes floating down the Chattahoochee River turn the "Hooch" into a giant bowl of cereal. However, Helen is known best for its annual Oktoberfest, occurring from mid-September through October.
