Why is it Georgia feels it has the right to all the water that flows through the northern part of the state? After all the water begins in the mountains of states to Georgia's north! That puts Georgia and Florida in the same boat - sort of speak - in regard to access to water. We need it here as much as the thirsty city of Atlanta.
